Bobby Maguire is a New England based fiddle player. His repertoire is rooted in American old-time and Irish traditions, with an energy shaped by 30 years working as a street performer. He also plays in a wide variety of styles and genres with a number of different bands and artists, most notably the Krishna Guthrie Band, a 4-piece rock outfit based out of central Vermont.
Bobby first started busking on Nantucket when he was 9 years old, and he has been playing on the same corner of Main Street ever since. According to The Inquirer and Mirror, "Anyone who has walked down Main Street on a late weekend night over the past 20 years has heard the sound of Bobby Maguire's fiddle."
